Usually, we use the most cost-efficient carriers, depending on the destination. If you have an account with a particular company or have a specific preference, please provide this information with your order. Please notify us with 48 hours of receipt if you have a claim due to a short shipment or damaged merchandise.
What is Our Return Policy?We do not accept returns of merchandise with custom logos. However, generic goods will only be accepted with a Return Authorization from Leathersport Branding. Please contact us for an RA# and note that number on the box. Boxes received without the RA number will be refused. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed to your refund.

What Kind of Artwork Do I Have To Submit For a Custom Design?
Logo Guidelines: Leathersport Branding Corp. offers in-house digitizing, embroidery, screening, embossing and twill sewing. To ensure prompt delivery dates, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Cresting Lead Time: Please allow 5-10 business days if a pre-production swatch or product proof is required. Production times are calculated based on the quality of the artwork we receive.
Artwork Modifications: To ensure timely turnaround, we prefer to receive a Vector file or an Adobe Illustrator file. Charges are contingent on how intricate your design is. Normally, our charge is $50.00 per hour.
If Leathersport Branding Corp. creates a new, in-house logo without additional artwork, charges will vary according to the design. Our base charge is $50.00 an hour.
You are welcome to submit your own digitized artwork via CD ROM. Fees will vary depending on the amount of stitching.
If Leathersport Branding Corp. is requested to provide a pre-production sample of a customer's existing artwork on disc, a charge of $25.00 will be assesed for a left chest logo, and $50.00 for a full size back.
Our typical turnaround time is 6 weeks.
